• Apply/Skip recommendations – Clear guidance on whether applying is worth your time
• Resume tailoring – If the analysis recommends applying, we tailor your resume for that specific role
• Cover letter generation – Role-specific cover letters based on your background and the job description
• Interview preparation guidance – Relevant themes, questions, and focus areas for the position

All outputs are guidance, not guarantees. VooJobs provides decision intelligence—not job offers, interviews, or hiring outcomes.

As a user of VooJobs, you are responsible for:

• Accuracy of your resume – Ensure the information you provide is truthful, current, and complete
• Final application decisions – You decide whether to apply, skip, or override VooJobs recommendations
• Compliance with employer requirements – Follow application instructions, deadlines, and terms set by employers
• Proper use of generated outputs – Tailored resumes and cover letters are for your personal use in job applications
• Respecting platform integrity – Do not misuse, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the platform

You retain full control and accountability for how you use VooJobs and the decisions you make based on its recommendations.

VooJobs is not a substitute for professional advice. The platform does not provide:

• Legal advice
• Human resources or career counseling
• Employment guarantees or promises
• Personalized career planning

All outputs are algorithmic assessments based on the data you provide. They are not professional opinions, endorsements, or certifications.

You must exercise your own judgment and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals for career or legal guidance.

VooJobs operates on a per-job analysis pricing model:

• Per-job pricing – You pay only for the jobs you choose to analyze
• No subscriptions – No recurring fees or forced commitments
• No obligation to purchase – You may browse, explore, or try the platform without purchasing credits
• Credits do not expire – Purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely

Pay only for resumes you are interested in, not full hiring fees.

Refunds: Refunds may be considered if there is a technical failure or if the platform does not deliver the analysis as described. Refund requests must be submitted promptly and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Ownership is divided as follows:

• VooJobs platform content – All text, design, software, algorithms, and branding belong to VooJobs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws
• Your resume and personal data – You retain full ownership of the resume and information you upload
• Generated outputs – Tailored resumes, cover letters, and guidance produced by VooJobs are provided for your personal, non-commercial use in job applications

You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose VooJobs outputs for commercial gain or third-party services.

Your right to terminate: You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

VooJobs' right to terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Misuse or abuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the system

Termination does not entitle you to a refund for unused credits unless required by law.

VooJobs may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features.

When we make significant changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• We may notify users via email or prominent site notice
• Continued use of VooJobs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
